Dance/Acro Recital Info

Recital Day: Saturday, June 7th 3pm Love Auditorium, Bryant High School

We strongly encourage all parents to read through the entire Recital Handbook. You will find a recital checklist, dress rehearsal schedules, details about pick-up and drop-off, where to purchase recital bouquets, how to properly do your child's hair, etc.

Rehearsals

In-Studio Ballet Rehearsals - Required for all students performing in the ballet

Friday, May 2nd 5pm at Doxa
Friday, May 16th 5pm at Doxa

On-Stage Dress Rehearsal

Friday, June 6th Love Auditorium at Bryant High School (see handbook for detailed dress rehearsal schedule)

Dance/Acro Photos

Dance/Acro Photos will be taken during normal class times (with a few exceptions). Please see schedule below and the recital handbook for more details. Photos must be ordered online by April 11th. If you do not wish to purchase photos your child is still required to attend class for group photos.

Volunteers Needed!

Class Parents Needed!

We need 2 room parents per class backstage during the recital to help monitor students and take direction from the Volunteer Coordinator. Volunteers will be able to watch their children perform on stage from the wings.

Other Volunteer Opportunities

We need volunteers to help set up and tear down at recital among other things. Even if you are able to help for a short amount of time, please consider signing up.

Gallery Night

May 24th 6-8pm at Doxa Arts Academy

Art Students will have the opportunity to showcase their talents at Gallery Night.

Private Student Music Recital

June 21st-22nd Immanuel Baptist Church
