Lucas Riley began playing the piano at age 10 and was tutoring other piano players by age 15. He began playing the trumpet in sixth grade and joined the choir in ninth grade. He continued playing trumpet in band and singing in choir through his college career. Lucas received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education at the University of Mississippi. After graduation he taught pre K – 12 general music and choir in the Arkansas public and private school systems while attending graduate school online for a Master of Music Education at Boston University. In 2009 he completed graduate school and ventured into piano tuning. He completed a Piano Technician certification with the American School of Piano Tuning and has been tuning and repairing pianos for 15 years. Lucas is the CEO of Riley Piano Service and has continued teaching music lessons over the past 20 years teaching piano, voice, trumpet, and guitar lessons at all age levels.
