Abigail is a homeschooled high school freshman and the oldest of 5 siblings. This year she is one of our new Junior Teachers at the academy. Abigail began dancing at 3 years old and is entering her 8th year at Doxa. She has studied Ballet, Musical Theater, Lyrical and Modern as well as Acro.

Abigail also is a Cecchetti Ballet Method student with 3 certificates. She has undergone rigorous national exams to pass the Grade 3 exam. With her exceptional work ethic and determination, Abigail was one of the few students who excelled and advanced the beginning levels of Cecchetti in the minimum time possible. Abigail is passionate about dance and has volunteered as a class assistant for the past 2 years. She has performed locally with her church as well.

She spends her time outside of the studio baking, traveling with her family, and following her passion to help children grow in their faith. She spends her summer volunteering with VBS at her church, Geyer Springs Baptist Church, and leads a dance team there as well.

Pointe and Lyrical dance is Abigail’s favorite style and has been inspired personally through movement. Her desire is to pursue teaching dance as a career and inspire other children to find joy in movement as well.
