Abigail is a homeschooled high school senior and the oldest of 5 siblings. Abigail began dancing at age 3 and is currently entering her 11th year at Doxa. She has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, acro, and musical theater.
Abigail is also a Cecchetti ballet method student with 5 certificates. She is now preparing to take her grade 6 exam in the spring. With her exceptional work ethic and determination, Abigail is one of the few students who excelled and advanced the beginning levels of Cecchetti in the minimum time possible. She has had the opportunity to travel for many Cecchetti workshops and exams.
Abigail is passionate about dance and has had the chance to choreograph and perform in pieces for her church’s Christmas programs. She also has led the dance track at her church’s kids camp for the past 5 years. Last summer she auditioned and was accepted to attend the summer dance intensive at the University of Oklahoma. In 2025, she got to participate in Ballet Arkansas’ Nutcracker and Cinderella. Abigail spends her time outside of the studio traveling with her family, hanging out with her friends, and following her passion to help children grow in their faith.
Modern and acro are Abigail’s favorite dance styles. Her favorite performance pieces were Deliver Me and Feeling Good. Abigail says that the studio has become her 2nd home and has given her a 2nd family. She is so thankful to be a part of such an encouraging, Christ filled environment. Her desire is to pursue dance as a career.
